The platform provides three real-time communication modes facilitated by professional operators:

• Instant Speech Transcription (TIP): Users speak directly to their interlocutor (not via chat), while an operator transcribes their spoken words instantaneously on the screen.
• French Sign Language (LSF) Video Interpretation: An operator translates orally what the user signs and signs back in real-time, facilitating seamless communication with sign language users.
• French Spoken Language Coding (LfPC) Video Interpretation: Users speak directly to their interlocutor, and an operator instantly encodes their words on the screen for the recipient.
